REFUND POLICY
At Lashes n Flashes, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality lashes and the best customer service possible. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We take the quality of our products seriously and thoroughly inspect each set of lashes before shipping to ensure that they are in excellent condition and quality for you.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you. wecare@lashesnflashes.com Remember that our products are designed with a special band so it is very important that you are extremely gentle when removing the lashes from the container. Lashes can still be worn and added to the lash routine if you happen to pull them out a bit too hard. Simply still apply it the same way.
In some cases, we may offer another solution, depending on the circumstances.
Please note that our lashes are considered a cosmetic product and are therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges once they have been used or opened. Unopened, we still work with the highest quality standards to ensure all of our clients are safe and since we work with the eyes as well we do not accept returns. Additionally, custom or special order items and all items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Thank you for your understanding and please reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
