agrees to use our products at their own risk and acknowledges that the use of our

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lashes n Flashes, its
officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages,
liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the use of our products, including but not
limited to personal injury or property damage.
This liability waiver is binding and enforceable in accordance with the laws of the
jurisdiction in which the customer resides. By using our products, the customer
acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions, and waives any right to bring any
legal action against Lashes n Flashes for any reason.

Product Use and Liability: Lashes N Flashes shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions or any undesirable effects resulting from the use of our products. It is the user's responsibility to conduct patch tests or consult with a dermatologist or specialist before using any cosmetic product.
Shipping and Delivery: While Lashes N Flashes ensures that products are shipped according to our standards and within the stated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays in delivery or damages to the goods caused by third-party courier or mailing services.
